I’ll mostly stay to myself, but when you first come, I may try to know you and show you around a bit. Other things to note Hello! Please take your shoes off at the door and use sanitizer when you enter. A mask or face covering is also required in common areas. Everything has been sanitized with a high-grade disinfectant, which also kills the COVID-19 virus. An additional spray bottle is provided for your personal use during your stay. If you need to use the kitchen or need any space, please let me know. I typically will throw away items if they are not labeled. Please also wash your own dishes. A dishwasher is available if needed. There is a washer and dryer and laundry pods available for your use as well. Please do your best to keep relatively quiet hours from 11pm-5am. I thank you in advance. Amenities, such as the pool, hot tub, fitness center and tennis court are not listed, as my community doesn’t allow guests without the leaseholder present. I’ll be happy to escort you down any time it’s open. Masks are required there as well. I am pretty quiet, most of the time and sometimes, my boyfriend is here with me. I rarely have guests over. Please ask if you want to bring someone over. You’ll enter the gate by calling a gate code and I’ll buzz you in. WiFi is available and a smart TV.
