The house is located in a central part of the city with easy access to supermarkets, pharmacies, ATMs, banks, restaurants, entertainment centers and much more, as well as being close to the beach of Ai Giorgi, the Venetian castle of Naxos, the market and the archaeological site of the temple of Apollo (Portara). In addition to its privileged location, the house is spacious, cool and ideal to make it feel like your own! The space It is a two-story house with entrance from the ground floor! On the ground floor there is a large living room with a sofa bed and a large sofa, dining room, 32' smart TV and air conditioner. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, a large fridge and freezer, space for your luggage and a shower room with wc. The two floors are connected by a wooden spiral staircase and on the open floor you will find a bright office, laundry, library, bathtub and toilet. Finally, you will see the bedroom with a double bed, TV, air conditioner, wardrobes and exit to a shared terrace! Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house except for one room which will be closed. It is also suggested that they use their own half of the terrace as the rest is used by the neighbor! Similarly, before the entrance of the house there is a common area! Other things to note We suggest and prefer that we do a quick cleaning of the house every 3 days, after consultation with the guest, at no extra charge, in order to experience carefree holidays and to keep the space clean.
