Only a 20 minute walk to the very heart of the city with regular buses. To get to the very popular Royal Mile, Holyrood Palace and the Scottish Parliament it is only a 15-minute walk. There are lots of bars and cafés in the local area that are great for breakfast or lunch. The local supermarket is a good size and only 2 minutes away. The space There is a good sized living room with bay window that lets in a lot of light. In the baywindow there is a drop down table that can be used for having dinner. Next to livingroom is the galley style kitchen with a pull down breakfast bar table. This can be used for either food preparation or there are 2 bar stools for eating. The bedroom has a kingsize bed, a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and a workspace area with a desk at the window. There is the option of both a summer duvet and a winter duvet. There is an electric fire in the living room and 2 freestanding radiators that can be plugged in and used in any room. In the bathroom there is an electric heater above the inside of the door.
