Centrally located, safe friendly neighborhood, 13 minutes from I-75, 10 minutes walking to Stadium, 10 min to Midtown, 12 min to Downtown. Go Gators! Guest access Entry is through the front door using a Schlage keyless entry system. Like all electronic devices, occasional technical delays or connectivity issues can occur. In the unlikely event this happens, please allow a few minutes for the system to refresh while a new access code is generated. In over 8 years as a Super host, no guest has ever been locked out, and any rare access issue has been resolved quickly- typically within five minutes. Hosts are always available to assist promptly should a technical issue arise. Other things to note Owners occasionally stay overnight during home games in the Primary/Main/Master Bedroom, which is accessed through a private entrance. The space is within the same structure (not a separate building) and remains locked off from guests, with no guest interaction. Entire home has been renovated and we would appreciate all guests to maintain the sparkly clean environment and furnishings for all to enjoy in the future! Maximum of 2 children under the ages of 10 as this home is geared mainly for adults 18 and over. Football weekends and special events—including graduations, homecoming, parents’ weekends, and major concerts—are subject to higher nightly rates and increased cleaning fees due to elevated demand and operating costs. Typical pricing during these periods ranges from $695–$2,500 per night depending on the event and demand. On occasion, special events may be announced unexpectedly before pricing adjustments have been updated. In those situations, a post-booking rate or cleaning fee adjustment may be required to reflect the applicable event pricing.
