The space Villa Oliva is a modern villa set in the quiet of the Tuscan hills, designed to accommodate up to 10 guests. As you arrive along the private road, the rustling of leaves and birdsong set the tone for a peaceful and relaxing stay. The villa is arranged over two levels. On the ground floor, the living room with fireplace and satellite TV creates a cozy setting for intimate evenings, while the bright dining area overlooks the private swimming pool. The modern, fully equipped kitchen allows for easy meal preparation. This floor also includes a guest bathroom and a small storage room. Also on the ground floor, there are two en-suite bedrooms: one double and one with twin beds, ideal for families or friends. On the first floor, there are three en-suite, air-conditioned bedrooms: two doubles and one with twin beds. The bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed, ensuring both comfort and privacy. A laundry area in the basement adds further convenience. The 12 x 4 meter swimming pool, always well-exposed to the sun and beautifully lit, is the heart of the outdoor spaces.
