Welcome to Little Island Apartments #12 - a modern, spacious retreat in Bellerive on Hobart’s Eastern Shore. With two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and flexible living spaces, it’s ideal for families with kids, couples, or business stays. Relax in the light-filled interiors or enjoy the deck with mountain views - perfect for coffee, alfresco dining, or winding down after a day of exploring. The space Our thoughtfully designed apartment features: Bedroom 1: A luxurious bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Electric blankets are provided for a bed time treat during the colder months. There is an ensuite bathroom attached to this bedroom. Bedroom 2: One extra long single bed and a set of bunk beds provide space for three guests, and built in storage completes this spacious bedroom. Living Area: A large open-plan living space furnished with a leather sofa and a flat-screen TV, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing. Double Murphy Bed: The living area includes a convenient double Murphy bed - ideal for extra guests or flexible sleeping arrangements. Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, microwave, coffee machine and all the essentials for preparing home-cooked meals. Bathroom 1: A clean, modern and well-maintained bathroom stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries. Bathroom 2: An ensuite bathroom attached to the main bedroom - clean and modern with toilet and walk in shower. Dining Area: A dining table comfortably seating six guests. Outdoor Living Area: A large, sunny outdoor area with views to Mount Wellington, ideal for relaxing with a drink, enjoying a meal, or simply soaking up the fresh air. Full Laundry: Equipped with a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board - perfect for longer stays or freshening up during your trip. Extra Bedding: we have a single rollaway bed available on request, allowing the apartment to comfortably sleep up to eight guests. The apartment boasts contemporary décor, ample natural light, and a welcoming ambiance that will make you feel right at home. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment during their stay. Enjoy the privacy and comfort of your own space, with self-check-in available for your convenience. Free parking is provided on the premises. Other things to note Check-in/Check-out: Check-in is from 2PM, and check-out is by 10AM. No Smoking: The apartment is strictly non-smoking. Pets: Unfortunately, pets are not allowed. Quiet Hours: Please respect the quiet hours between 10PM and 7AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests. Laundry: Full laundry facilities are provided inside the apartment for your convenience. Accessibility: The apartment is located on the first floor, and accessible by lift or stairs making it accessible for guests with mobility considerations. Parking: We off free undercover parking on site with a height clearance of 2.4m, and free parking in the street available for larger vehicles.
