INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME All of our luxury vacation rentals at The Maimon Group are fully hotel ready furnished with smart TV’s and high-speed WiFi. Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, traditional drip coffee maker (ground beans) or Nespresso and toaster. Certain properties may have specialty appliances such as a crock pot or Keurig coffee maker. Kitchen: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: full dining sets, cooking and serving essentials( including plates, bowls, silverware,) pots, pans, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide a spice rack, salt and pepper. In some homes we offer cooking essentials or supplies such as: oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.) House Supplies: Your home will come equipped with a starter pack containing essential items such as trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, and dryer sheets. Other Items: The property comes furnished with enough bedding, bath, face, hand, and pool towels to comfortably accommodate the maximum home occupancy. Additionally, the bathrooms are supplied with bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and liquid body/hand wash for your convenience. Furthermore, fully equipped laundry rooms are available, including washing machines, dryers, ironing boards, and irons. Guest access You will have full access to the entire property. Please make yourself comfortable and treat the home and neighbors with care and respect. CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT - Check-in is at 4 PM. - Early check-in may be available for a fee if there is no same-day check-out. We can accommodate early luggage drop-off, but guests may not return to the property until 4 PM. - Check-out is at 10 AM. - A complimentary 11 AM check-out may be available with 12 hours' notice, provided there is no same-day check-in. Noise Policy - No outdoor music after 9 PM. - Quiet hours start at 9 PM per City of LA enforcement. - Noise meters are installed to monitor decibel levels. These devices do not record conversations. - Bluetooth speakers are recommended. No amplified or high-decibel speakers. Events & Filming - Prior written approval is required for any filming, production, or events. - Additional fees apply. - Written permission is required for gatherings exceeding maximum occupancy. - Outside vendors require approval and proof of insurance (COI). Kindly contact our concierge team to arrange services before or during your stay. Amenities - Air Conditioning: Keep doors and windows closed while the AC is in use. Do not set below 70°F. Guest misuse may result in malfunction; no refunds will be issued. Maximum Occupancy - Accommodates no more than 14 people at any given time. - Overnight guests exceeding this limit will be charged $400 or more per guest per stay, if approved.
