The space The 2-storey building consists of a living room, reading room, large kitchen, 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a terrace, covering an area of over 300 square metres. The entrance, spacious and welcoming, opens onto the main loggia of the residence and leads, on the right to a reading room with library and study corner, on the left to the main living room, furnished in the typical Tuscan style. Continuing on, you reach the large and welcoming kitchen, well equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer, electric oven, microwave oven, filter coffee machine, Nespresso coffee machine with pods, toaster, electric kettle and characterised by the large rustic table and the important fireplace.
