Skiing in Ventoux 30 minutes away. The space Recently renovated with noble materials, this villa is located in a very quiet area of Séguret. The entrance, located on the first floor, serves a living room on the left and the kitchen on the right. The living room is equipped with a comfortable sofa and seating with a 65"HD screen, Home cinema with Netflix, Apple TV+, Canal+ (cinema, series, sport, Europa/Champion League, Top 14), Amazon Prime. The entire villa is air-conditioned and all windows have mosquito nets. A large table for 8 people will allow you to share the meal together. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge & freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, coffee maker, kettle and toaster) will allow you to feel at home. Two large bathrooms with walk-in shower make up the accommodation (one bathroom on each floor). Finally, the bedrooms are on the second and third floors and are therefore separate from the living room. The bedding and linens are of hotel quality. Each bed is equipped with a mattress topper. The villa also offers views of the Rhone Valley and is seconds from the historic center of Séguret and 8 minutes from Vaison La Romaine.
