1 Bed/1 bath near downtown

This is a reasonably-sized one bedroom apartment in an 8-plex. The building, as well as most of Rawlins, is outdated and unmanicured; however, the apartment is set up to be very comfortable and is definitely clean! We make it as close to "home" as possible. We do provide wifi and a Roku for streaming; however, we do not provide cable. The space This is a one bedroom apartment with a queen-sized bed in the bedroom and a couch in the living room. We provide the necessities and try to make it comfy and cozy. Guest access You can park on the street in front of the building or in off-street parking to the north of the building. All parking is free and there's typically no lack of parking available. Other things to note All trash MUST be bagged and tied. It's city ordinance and if it's not it can get messy. Rawlins is very windy, so please bag and tie all your trash.
