Our cottage offers a relaxing stay for the whole family in the heart of the Combrailles. House with 6 bedrooms and 10 or 11 beds (please let us know when booking), 3 shower rooms and a bathroom. Large living room with kitchen, dining and living room of 90 m2. Relax in the indoor pool heated all year round at 29°C, from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Maintenance, tarping and unpacking are managed by us. We have an outdoor access that allows us to intervene without disturbing you. The space The cottage is entirely dedicated to you with its 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 bathroom, living room/kitchen, pool room and private garden of about 2000 m2. The pool is managed by us, we have access from the outside which allows you to keep your privacy. We open it from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. We take care of covering, uncovering and maintenance. We live in another house on the property with our own garden. As professional renters, we have the obligation to draw up a rental contract. It will be signed upon your arrival, but you can already read it in the section: photos. Other things to note We leave some dish soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet, 3 tea towels as well as a hand towel and 1 washcloth. 1 garbage bag in each trash can and laundry detergent for the dishwasher. This kit will help you with your arrival but you must bring some for the rest of your stay. In order to limit abuse, we have set up an electricity fee that will be assigned to you depending on the season. In most cases this package is not exceeded, but if it is, €0.21 per kWh outside the package will be charged. The reading of the electric meter will be done upon your arrival as well as upon your departure. Electric car charging is not allowed, you will find a charging point in Pionsat and St Gervais d 'Auvergne. No pets are allowed, we are in contact with a dog boarding facility 15 minutes from the cottage, a dog educator with whom we leave our dog in complete confidence during our absences.
