In a location close to the center, with good transport links, the apartment offers a feel-good atmosphere with practically selected furnishings. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need for cooking a small meal. Towels and bed linens are provided. Underfloor heating in all rooms. You have a quiet place in the countryside, with a large covered terrace, which invites you to relax. In a lounge, you can get cozy to read a good book, for example. Free public parking is available at the property. Guest access As my guest, you will receive the key for a private apartment with bedroom, kitchen-living room and bathroom/shower in the basement with private entrance. Other things to note The overnight price is inclusive of utilities such as water, electricity, heating (underfloor heating). Culture tax (bed tax): 5% of the overnight price, since July July 15, 2024 also for business trips. Please pay in cash upon arrival or before departure (this must be forwarded by me to the city of Cologne). The apartment is reserved exclusively for you and your fellow travelers.
