In gated communities, noise, or other disturbing behavior after 10pm, will result in a fine after the first warning $1000-$3000. Warnings apply per entire stay, not per incident. Extra person fees apply after the 16th guest. No pets are allowed unless specifically pre-authorized. No smoking is permitted inside the property. No events such as weddings, bachelor or bachelorette parties will be permitted unless they are specifically pre-authorized, and an event fee is paid. Occupancy: The total number of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the contracted number of guests for each reservation.
