Free parking space comes with the apartment, 170 meters from the studio. The space You wont share the studio with anyone, it is a standalone private apartment. It consists of 3 spaces: - The healty sized living/bedroom, with a lounge area, a queen size bed, a smart tv and a workdesk. - A basic kitchen with an induction cooker, a fridge, a microwave oven, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and a water boiler. If you want to prep 3 course meals while staying here, this is not your place, kitchen is not sized to do that. - A shower only, private bathroom! Parking is at a private parking garage, right next street to the apartment, 150 meters walking distance. It is not open to the public, you will have your own dedicated parking space, and a phone in the apartment to operate the gate with! Guest access Self check in. Other things to note For our HFGs (Hopefully Future guests:): - We are enthusiastic amateurs. The apartment is managed by me, and my wife. We thrive on positive feedbacks and guests enjoying our place, and we really think that this space is super unique and has a laid back positive vibe to make a perfect vacation spot, but neither of us have a PHD in hospitality, so if we missed a spot while cleaning or have any other feedback for us - we are always happy to hear and try to do our best! But very little we can do if there is no communication from our guests side. - The place is pet friendly, as we are dog people, and we do love to travel with Lili ourselves. Yes, that means people sometimes come here with dogs and cats (we even hosted a parrot once:D). Despite our best efforts, that can mean minimal pet hair in the apartment, (basically means that if you are trying really hard to find in hard to reach places maybe you can, but the chances are higher than if we would not host pets:D).
