Come enjoy the clear water and the gorgeous sunsets at this spacious three bedroom, two bath lakefront home. The giant wrap-around porch is the perfect place to sit and soak it all in - or walk out onto your very own private pier. Huge front yard with firepit, picnic table, and plenty of space for yard games and the kids to run and play. The whole group will be comfortable in this spacious and unique place. No parties allowed. No smoking allowed. The space There are 3 bedrooms - one king, one queen, and one with two full beds. All bedrooms with new mattresses, fresh linens, and plush pillows. There are two full bathrooms both fully stocked. There is a large comfortable living space with a large TV and a gigantic wrap around porch with a lakefront view. Enjoy kicking back on the porch, grilling out, taking the kayaks or paddle board out on the lake, watching the sunset or sunrise on your very own private pier. We’re happy to offer early check-in/out when possible during off-season at no extra charge to you. 7 night minimum for June, July, August only. Saturday to Saturday preferred. Guest access The whole house is yours during your stay along with a giant front yard and private pier. There is a shed that you are welcome to use during your stay. Help yourself to the kayaks and bikes. The private pier is yours and yours alone. There is a boat lift available if you are bringing a boat. There are 3 stair entrances to the water, safe for all ages to feel comfortable getting in the lake. There is a grill, fire pit, and picnic table all by the edge of the lake that you are welcome to enjoy during your stay. This is not a party house. Parties are not permitted. We have good neighbors who live here year around and we want to be good neighbors in return. Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 8 am. Please respect our property and their neighborhood. Other things to note Ask about our sister cottage diagonally across the street. Comfy, cozy cottage is three houses back from the lake and has a peek-a-boo view of the lake from the big front porch.
