This is a fully equipped 3 bdrm/ 2 bath apt with A/C in all rooms including living room. A cozy apt with plenty of space located in Cabo Rojo just 5 mins away from Combate Beach and very close to a bakery, pharmacy, restaurants and pubs. Claire's Stay is right in front of Mountain Bike routes and other outdoor experiences. It is close to everything while having a quiet stay! This apartment is spacious with a fully stocked kitchen and everything you need to have a memorable time. Cable TV and air conditioning in all the apartment. Prime location right in front of the swimming pool. Your children can be having a great time in the pool while you are cooking BBQ in the balcony.! Guests will have access to the entire apartment with the exception of two closets reserved for storage. We are available to answers any questions at all times. However we believe in giving our guests as much privacy as possible. The apartment is located in Puerto Salinas Apartment Complex. It is a first floor apartment right in front of the swimming pool. A very quiet area of Combate. Close to all Mountain Bike routes and very close to Combate Beach. There are two assigned parking spaces available inside the property. Getting around is easy. If you need to rent a car, any style will work as getting to Claire’s Stay is very accessible. The cleaning fee covers the typical cleaning of the apt. We ask our guests to clean up any excessive mess on kitchen appliances and other areas of the house including bathrooms. Additional cleaning will incur a $40 fee charged through the AirBnB Resolution Center We have a strict NO SMOKING policy inside the apartment. A $100 fee will be charged for odor removal services. We understand that accidents happen, however, any broken or damage item with a value greater than $50 will be charged through the AirBNB resolution center. A full inventory is performed before and after every reservation. Unregistered guests above our max allowed of guests will pay a fee of $40/night/person. This situations are atypical and we trust that our guests will follow Clair’s Stay rules while enjoying the property. The swimming pool is for the enjoyment of all tenants staying at the complex. Please be aware that pool hours are from 8:00am to 10:00pm. No drinks or food are allowed inside the pool. Loud music is strictly prohibited. An environment of mutual respect is expected while sharing the pool area. Children should be under adult supervision at all times. No diving/ no BBQ. There are two parking spaces assigned for your use right in front of the entrance off the apartment. Additional parking space is available around the premises of the property. Claire’s Stay is a pet friendly apartment. Pets must be registerd and the fee should be included in your stay. There is a maximum of two pets allowed. Pets must not be left alone and a leash should be used at all times when outside the apartment. Please be aware that pets are not allowed in the pool or on the beds. Guests must bring all the necessary articles to take care of their pets.
