Step inside and you’ll be greeted by sweeping east-facing views, original hardwood floors, and a layout designed for both connection and comfort. ✨ Living Room Settle into plush seating, light up the gas fireplace, and unwind with a movie on the 65” smart TV. Grab a blanket, start a board game, or watch the ferries glide by — this is your cozy haven after a day of adventure. 🛏 Bedrooms Three queen-bedrooms offer a peaceful night’s rest, each with its own personality and gorgeous neighborhood or water views. The main floor master has easy bathroom access and a full closet. Upstairs, two airy bedrooms capture the surrounding scenery complete with heaters in the colder months and AC units in the warmer ones. The only off-limit areas are the basement and the carport underneath the sunroom and deck. The basement is a completely separate, occupied unit with no shared spaces besides the driveway.
