Newly renovated, this typically Provençal stone "Mas" dating from the 18th century is located in the heart of nature! So you can: enjoy your stay in peace (unless you can't stand the sound of cicadas!), lounge by the pool, share a good glass of rosé in the refreshing shade of the hundred-year-old oaks... It is located in the municipality of Puyméras in the Vaucluse. It is located on our property 700 m from our home and 5 kilometers from the village! The space This "mas" is therefore located in the middle of nature, there is no one opposite. There is absolute calm, you will be lulled by the song of birds and cicadas and intoxicated by the sweet scent of our Provençal scents (thyme, rosemary...) This gîte for 6 people includes: - a large living room with a lounge and dining area, a kitchen opening directly onto a large covered terrace! This space located on the ground floor offers stunning views of our beautiful surrounding nature. In addition, this room is naturally cool thanks to the thickness of the stone walls. - 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (90* 90 shower tray) upstairs. 1 children's bedroom with a bunk bed, 1 bedroom with a 180*200 bed (possibility to separate them 2* 90 * 200) and 1 master bedroom with its shower room and 160* 200 bed. Linens are provided! Outside there is: a plancha, a garden lounge area and a 6.5 m by 4 m swimming pool, in the technical room there is a toilet. A bar cover secures the pool. The garden is not fenced (far too large)! You can also play pétanque, nap, beautiful walks (accessible to all) are possible starting directly from the cottage. Most importantly, you can also do nothing and simply enjoy! You can also visit the authentic surrounding villages such as Puyméras, Faucon, Séguret, Gigondas... as well as the small towns such as Vaison-la-Romaine (famous for its Roman remains and its market) and Nyons (15 minutes by car). Orange is 30 minutes away and Avignon is 1 hour away. And above all, our region is world famous for its magnificent and unique Côtes du Rhône wines. Powerful, sunny and generous wines. So don't hesitate to push open the door of our tasting cellars, you won't be disappointed! Not to mention savoring our famous PDO "Nyons" olive oil from our family production. Guest access The entire place is available to guests, the pool is of course exclusively reserved for tenants. Other things to note We accept dogs, however we expect their owner to have great respect for a few relatively simple rules: they do not have access to the sofa or armchair or the bed. Of course they do not have access to the pool, we can make one available on request. And one last little thing, even if the cottage is in the middle of nature, please pick up their droppings around the house!
