Cottage Garden Suite w/bath and private entrance

This suite is below my home with private entrance, kitchenette (mini fridge, electric grill, microwave, coffee & kettle), laundry & bath. There are two beds (queen & twin), a dedicated workspace, Netflix and streaming. I just put up an insulated tongue and groove pine ceiling which majorly cuts down on noise and makes the space warmer and cozier. We are a 10-minute drive to Ohio University & downtown Athens. Our home sits at the end of a dead-end street in a peaceful wooded setting. The space The room is large and set up as a studio. The couch is converted into a queen size bed with a 3" memory foam mattress added. Super comfortable. To the side of the bed is a Serta futon couch that converts to a twin bed, also with 3 inch foam. The attached bathroom is private with an on demand hot water system, so you will never run out of hot water. The kitchenette is in the laundry room. Laundry room is shared for longer stays. The 42" Roku TV has streaming channels with Netflix and streaming provided. There is a DVD player with a variety of movies available. A small patio is outside the sliding glass door. The yard is available for you with a fire pit and firewood. All doors in the main room are equipped with a lock. Guest access Guests have their own sliding glass door entrance at the back of the home with a lock and key. You have full access to the attached bath and laundry room. Inside the suite there is a sliding barn door that closes off your studio from the stairwell. The upstairs of the house is our living quarters and is not available. Other things to note The new tongue and groove pine ceiling is insulated. There is an additional heating vent. You may still hear normal coming and going upstairs; however, we make every effort to stay quiet during our guests stays. Our neighbors have two very friendly dogs that like to visit guests, especially guests who bring other dogs. There are also chickens from next door that spend a fair amount of time in my yard. Please make sure that your pets don't get loose and eat a chicken.
