The pool has a full length bench built into the north side where you can soak up the sun and take in the beautiful scenery. The jetted spa is 8' x 7' and is centrally located between the pool, lounge chairs, and fire pit. In addition to the pool and spa, the large back yard was designed to be open yet have "zones". The north side is a great space for a match of bocce ball while the south is all about barbecuing and gather around the beautiful custom table to enjoy a meal in the center of the citrus orchard. Pool Measures: 27' X 24' and is 3' to 5' deep The elevated fire pit area creates a space of its own with the Corten steel fire pit, unique custom chairs, and a view of the entire backyard. Added windows in all the right places enhance its size. The stunning backyard oasis with modern wood decking is something you won't forget! Enjoy the one-of-a-kind outdoor dining area set amidst a grove of citrus trees. The master and second bedroom have sliding doors with direct access to the pool and backyard. These west facing doors create a stunning view of the beautiful sunlit mountains in the morning as well as the stunning desert sky at night. The third bedroom has a sliding door with access to its own private patio. In addition to the great indoor outdoor living of the bedrooms the master bedroom has a queen bed, smart tv, and an en suite bathroom; and the second bedroom provides a great work space with a desk and an abundance of natural light. PET FEE: If you are bringing your dog or emotional support animal to a pet friendly property there is a non-refundable pet fee of $200 plus tax (as allowed by California State Law), that has not been included into the total you have paid Airbnb and will to be collected through PSVH. Pets brought into a home without permission will incur a $1500 fine. Guests bringing a service animal into any PSVH home simply need to notify PSVH of the animal’s presence. The purpose of the notification is so we can take extra precaution in our cleaning procedures to ensure the safety of the next guest should they be allergic to animals’ dander. 3.) EMAIL ADDRESS REQUIRED: Once you complete the Airbnb process, we will need a non-Airbnb email address (please send us through "Airbnb messaging"). You will need to complete and electronically fill out and sign our Guest Rental Agreement. This agreement MUST be completed with all guest names, ages and a current credit card. 4.)
