This light-filled loft features a stunning vaulted ceiling and a massive picture window overlooking the avenue. The king-size bed is so comfortable, guests often ask what brand it is. Below the sleeping loft is a dreamy walk-in closet with a single bed, and above it, a cozy futon accessible by ship deck stairs — ideal for couples but can comfortably host up to four guests. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need: stove, oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, Keurig (with pods), tea kettle, toaster, pots, pans, knives, and a butcher block prep station for meals in. There’s also a charming little bar and a dining table with two chairs — perfect for morning coffee or a relaxed dinner in. The spa-style bathroom features a double shower with two separate shower heads — including a rainfall — because not everyone showers the same way. This space is best for guests who appreciate thoughtful design, calm energy, and unique architecture. Guest access When you enter the building you’ll walk several feet past the salon on your left up the stairs. There is a vestibule for your security and privacy which you’ll have keys to. Access is for the upstairs apartment and lofted area. ACCESS IS PROHIBITED IN THE SALON BELOW outside of salon hours. When the salon is closed, laser sensors are activated. If you come near the entrance to the salon a panic alarm sounds which immediately notifies the owner. There are cameras throughout the salon recording. When you leave the building outside of salon hours, you must lock the door to the building, thank you! Other things to note You’ll love the location, the convenience of having Walgreens next door, pubs, restaurants and shops as well as the close proximity to Delaware park and the Buffalo zoo. It’s 15 min from the airport and mall, 5 min to the subway, 10 minutes to the highway and there is a large grocery store 2 blocks away.
