The space The studio offers a double bed with a palm-leaf accent wall, a rattan armchair, a small kitchen corner with fridge and microwave, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Guest access The entire studio is available to guests for private and exclusive use, including the sleeping area, bathroom, and kitchenette. You can come and go independently at any time through the entrance to the building and the apartment's private door. The common areas in the building (the entrance lobby, the elevator, and the stairwell) are shared with other residents, so guests are kindly requested to respect quiet hours and keep the common areas clean. Other things to note *Based on Local Tax Laws: Israeli Citizens (and anyone that doesn't hold a B2 visa or a Diplomat Visa) must pay 18% VAT.
