Sip on your coffee in the morning and gaze at sunrise from the kitchen island or deck & listen to the waves and natures sounds abound. BBQ outside with spectacular views, swing in the hammock feeling the lake breeze, sit by a cozy fire by the cabin or take a swing at the Golf course within walking distance of the cabin. The sandy sugar beach awaits with fire pit below the private stairs! Amenities galore! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking. Basic spices, Dish soap and garbage bags provided. Coffee & Tea Bar! Complimentary coffee & tea starter set with creamers, and sugar packets. 1 full bath lower level 1 3/4 bath master on- suite with shower. ( Terrapure products- Body wash, Shampoo & Conditioner) make-up remover wipes, and hair dryer. 1 Lower level large bedroom with large closet to hold your essentials. 2 Queen beds. 1 upper level Queen size bed, large walk-in closet. ( All linens provided, ceiling fans in rooms.) Large family room to gather! Games for all ages provided. 65” smart tv, WiFi available. Washer/ Dryer with laundry pods available. Outside there’s a large deck with spectacular views of the lake. Take the steps down to the private sugar sandy beach where you can let your worries escape with the waves, play in the sand ( be a kid again), go for a swim, throw a frisbee, scavenge for rocks, or take a stroll. Sandbar goes out about 150-200 ft. (Sand toys provided) Bring yourself and relax! You have full access to the house except for 2 locked hallway closets that contain supplies. There is a Green binder at the cabin with additional information that may be helpful during your stay. I will also be available if you should have any questions via text or email. The cabin is nestled in trees and pines. Greenbush is between Tawas and Alpena. There are several neat little cafes with great food and hospitality! Hiking trails, snowmobile trails, museums, ice cream shops and golf. We have a guidebook for helpful information waiting for your viewing at the cabin. Our neighborhood is pretty quiet. Take in the scenery; I find it to be breathtaking and so relaxing. Long driveway for private parking at the cabin. **We do have security cameras on the outside of the cabin for safety, they are on at all times. One on the front and one on the back deck. We have an alarm system which will be off during your stay, unless you would like it on.** ** There is a very friendly Bernice mountain dog that lives a couple houses down. He’s super friendly and a happy fella; you can see the smile on his face. He will bark sometimes, but it’s because he’s excited and greeting you. He loves people. He loves to explore his surroundings. He may be seen in the road so please be careful when driving. When we bought this place he greeted me the first day and was so excited. He rarely comes over but just in case you get a visit. ** Note that this is a nice area, but you’re in nature which have wild animals. I’ve seen a little fox & possums on my motion camera but not in person. The deer love the nearby woods and golf course. **Note that children are allowed but the cabin is on the Bluffs, there is a (steep hill) marked by a mama bear and her cubs (yard ornament) in the back of the cabin by the deck with several trees. There is plenty of room to play and walk, we also have a picnic table along with the deck furniture. **Also, the cabin is NOT child/baby proofed; it will be your responsibility to monitor child's safety during your stay. We do offer sand toys for the beach and games.
