Whether you're seeking relaxation or adventure, this property is the perfect choice for your next getaway :) The space Apart from being naturally ventilated, with plenty of sunlight and fresh air, the apartment has a beautiful street/ hill view. It is also equipped with beautiful décor and the following amenities to ensure a comfortable stay: • One AC bedroom – queen sized-bed (ideal for 2 people), wardrobe, bathroom right outside the room (fitted with hot water geyser), and attached balcony • AC Living room with flat-screen TV • Please note that for more than 2 people, we can offer an additional floor mattress, along with bedding, that can accommodate 1 additional person (additional charges apply) • Kitchen equipped with essential cookware to prepare meals, gas stove, microwave, toaster, water purifier, and a refrigerator • Other equipment includes a washing machine and limited inverter backup for power failure • Complimentary snacks (chips, biscuits, etc.), tea, and coffee preparations • High-speed internet from a leading service provider • Free car parking • Located in a gated complex with 24x7 security While, Anjuna and Vagator beaches are 3-5 mins away, Baga and Calangute beaches are in close proximity (10-12 mins drive) as well. The timings for using the swimming pools are 9 am - 7 pm. Proper swimwear attire is mandatory for entering the pool. • Pets are not allowed. • In case of a power cut, there is Inverter back-up which enables fans and lights for 5-6 hours. Major power cuts or government power failure is beyond our control. • Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment but in the balconies. • Please note that the apartment is on the second floor; (No elevator in the building) • Please note that for more than 2 people, we offer a mattress that can accommodate 1 additional person (additional charges apply) • Please note that the host can assist with an early check-in or late check-out, subject to availability only. Please reach out to the host for the same. However, any delayed check-out without the host's consent will attract a penalty - a late check-out by 11:30 am will attract a penalty of half-day charge and a penalty of full-day charge post 11:30 am
