"Le Polochon" Gîte

Yoan and Eve welcome you to their cottage "Le Polochon", rated 3 stars of furnished tourism, located in a small quiet village with amenities (bakery, bar, tobacco, pharmacy, post office, etc.). Ideally located to enjoy Burgundy. There is no shortage of events with "Chalon dans la rue", "Montgolfiades", "carnival"; "la Paulée"... and visit the wine cellars. We will be delighted to welcome you for a weekend or more or simply a stopover during your trip. The space * Charming 50 m² accommodation with covered terrace and small private plot. *Well-equipped and functional cottage: - TV/Wi-Fi - induction stove/dishwasher/washing machine/microwave... - complete and quality bedding (160 cm bed) - sofa bed (140 cm bed) - hair dryer/towels available - garden table -possibility of baby equipment on request *Natural coolness thanks to the stone, no need for air conditioning. *Private parking space inside the unfenced courtyard (in front of the entrance of the cottage). Street parking is available. *Key box available in case of late arrival. Guest access Very well located on the Wine Route: - 10 min from the Chalon-Sud highway exit. - 15 min from Tournus highway exit. - 13 minutes from downtown Chalon-sur-Saône. - close to the various greenways. -near tourist sites such as Cluny/Cormatin/Beaune/Laives and its lakes/Givry... Other things to note No smoking allowed Pets: No pets allowed The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility Check-in time: 4pm at the earliest and Check-out time: 10am at the latest (possibility to adapt on request). The little extra: Fresh mint available for Mojitos (to be consumed in moderation, alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health).
