The space *Charming 50 m² accommodation with a covered terrace and a small private plot out of sight to enjoy all year round. *Well-equipped and functional cottage: -📺 TV/Wi-Fi -🍽️ induction cooktop/dishwasher/washing machine/microwave... -🛌 Full, quality bedding (160 cm bed) -🛋️ sofa bed (140 cm bed) - hair dryer/towels available - garden table and 4 chairs. -🧺 clothesline. - Baby equipment available upon request at no extra cost (travel crib, changing mat). *Natural coolness thanks to the stone, no need for air conditioning. *🚗 Private parking space inside the open courtyard, easy access for a large trailer or motorhome (in front of the entrance of the cottage). 🚲 If you have bikes, you can protect them under the terrace. Parking is available on the street if needed. *🔐 Key box available in case of late arrival according to the needs of our guests ☺️ Guest access Very well located on the north-south axis: Our cottage is easy to access. - 10 min from the Chalon-Sud motorway exit. - 15 min from the Tournus motorway exit. - 13 minutes from downtown Chalon-sur-Saône. - close to the various greenways. - close to tourist attractions such as Cluny/Cormatin/Beaune/Laives and its lakes/Givry... Other things to note 🚭 No Smoking permitted 🐶 🐱 Pets not allowed 🦽 The accommodation is not suitable for people with reduced mobility Check-in time: 🕓 4 pm at the earliest and check-out time: 🕙 10 am at the latest (can be adjusted upon request). Note that a bakery is within walking distance, about 200 meters away, for a meal with good bread🥖 or a good breakfast🥐. Other amenities are available nearby and listed in a book available in the cottage.
