At Hillview Hideaway peaceful pockets of nature are waiting for you to explore. You can unwind in this peaceful country setting inside the South Downs National Park- or you can put on your hiking boots & walk right onto the miles of footpaths that cross the park. We are minutes from the sea & all the beauty & adventure it provides. We are 5 miles from Arundel & 25 minutes by train to Brighton in the sunniest part of England. Chichester, the Witterings, & Goodwood are also a short drive away. The space The listing is for one of two suites in the guest house. Each suite has a king size bed, private bath and kitchenette consisting of a refrigerator, combination microwave and kettle. We also provide a list of other appliances you can use during your stay- everything from a toaster to an air fryer. The garden, gym and spa are shared spaces. If you would like to book a time to use the spa and gym privately, that can be arranged. You can book both rooms for a discounted rate. Please note that pets are by prior arrangement only. For the comfort and safety of all our guests we only allow one pet booking on site at a time. Guest access Access is through a pedestrian gate that leads to the fenced area which holds the guest house and its garden, as well as the gym and spa areas. Other things to note Please note that we are on a farm track. We are surrounded by a working farm and therefore there can be tractors or livestock in the fields next to the guest house. There is a drive in the guest house area that has an electric car charge, usable for a small fee.
