The house is located in a separate housing area with 10 houses about 4 km from Gvarv in Midt-Telemark municipality. It has a fantastic view of Norsjø, and the residential area has a private jetty with a bathing ladder and a small beach right below the house. It is about 15 minutes by car to Bø Sommarland and Høyt & Lavt climbing park, while Norsjø Ferieland with a cable car for wakeboarding and play areas is about 10 minutes away by car or boat. Boat for 6 people is included. Other things to note Norsjø is part of the Telemark Canal, where locks and waterways take you by boat from Skien to Dalen deep in the wild Telemark nature. There are also great hiking opportunities in the immediate vicinity, both in the forest and on Lifjell. Norsjø golf course at Ulefoss is known as one of the country's most beautiful courses, and is less than 10 minutes away. Boat with space for 6 people is included. The house is from 2017. There are 4 bedrooms (+ an office that can be used as a bedroom), 2 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, laundry room and storage room, and the house has plenty of space for 2 families with children. There is a trampoline in the garden, rubber boats and water toys and a wakeboard/tube that can be used with the boat. It is possible to borrow fishing nets and set them if you want fresh fish for dinner. The home is not rented out to people under the age of 25, and preferably only on a weekly basis. Shorter rentals can be agreed if it fits into the calendar, but not shorter than 3 nights.
