We offer our holiday home for rent, which is perfect for 2 or 3 families with children or teenagers. The house is 200 m from the beach, in a quiet and secure residence that opens directly to the beach. The house is adjoining on both sides, with charming and caring neighbors residing year-round. It is organized on two floors and has 6 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and two terraces. The space The first floor has: - a large living room dining area with fireplace, which serves two terraces - a south facing terrace with electric awning, magnificent view of the hills - a terrace facing north, more protected from the sun and wind - kitchen open to the south terrace - a separate sleeping area, with 3 bedrooms, a bathroom (large shower) and toilet. 1 bedroom with a 140 double bed, 1 bedroom with a 140 double bed and a single bed and a bedroom with two bunk beds) . Up to 7 people can stay on this floor. These 3 bedrooms come with very quiet and very nice ceiling fans for sleeping in the cool and protected from mosquitoes. On the second floor, 3 bedrooms also for a maximum total of 11 people including 9 children: - 1 bedroom with double bed and desk, - a games room with 2 single trundle beds (up to 4 single beds) - a dorm with 2 pull-out beds and a single bed (up to 5 single beds) - one bathroom (large shower) with toilet The ground floor of the house is not included in the rental but will remain unoccupied during your stay. Access to the house through the garage service door. The rooms were all redone, some in 2014, some in 2021. The house has the soul of family reunions and reunions with friends. The residence is family and very quiet and is not suitable for the nightly clutter of student evenings. We chose a house without a pool because of the proximity to the beach and especially in order to spend a peaceful holiday where the safety of children allows parents to relax in great serenity. All shops are within walking distance. A surf club and sailing club are within walking distance along the beach. There are two city bikes for you. A shower in the garden allows you to rinse off when returning from the beach. The house is equipped with wifi (freebox fiber optic) Board games, children's games, and there are plenty of books for your use. We can offer linens for rent, for 15 euros the set of sheets and towels in a double bed, 10 euros per single bed.
