Welcome to our wooden house, located on the Raba River, right next to the Nieznanowice Port. For your use, we offer 20 acres of fenced plot, 83 square meters house with fireplace and air conditioning, wooden banya, swimming pool, gas grill and fireplace and a huge terrace. Nearby there is a restaurant, grocery store, SPA, playground, fish fry, lake, river, bathing beach and numerous cycling and hiking trails. The location of the plot guarantees peace and quiet. We welcome pets! :) The space The house includes: GROUND FLOOR: - fully equipped kitchen (dishes, cutlery, pots, pans, mixer, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge). - bathroom (washing machine, hair dryer) - large room (smart TV, speakers, table, books, games, sofa bed) - a terrace with sun loungers and a large wooden table with an umbrella UPSTAIRS: - bedroom 1 (160x200 cm double bed, single bed, bed linen, towels for the house, towels for the banya) - bedroom 2 (two single beds, bed linen, towel for the house, towels for the banya) OUTSIDE: - large, fully fenced garden, for guest use only - large wooden terrace - sunbeds - hammocks - fire pit - gas grill - hot tub (extra fee) - swimming pool in summer Guest access The entire house and the entire fenced plot are for guest use only Other things to note The amenities include a jacuzzi, but it is a banya (hot tub). It has 2,000 liters of water and is heated by an external wood-burning stove. The water heating time is about 4 hours. You can do it yourself or I can heat it up if you use the banya on the day of your arrival. The banya does not have a hydro massage function, but it is illuminated. Banya is payable in addition to PLN 150 for one-time use. Heating with air conditioning and electric radiators. Fireplace for recreational use (for a fee) upon agreement. The fireplace can be used from November 2024. Pets are not allowed in the pond.
