New June 2026 living room foldaway bed The space This one bedroom apartment is a lovely hidden jewel. We enjoy our 115 year home and this tasteful, efficient and cozy space. Full kitchen, rainhead shower, sleigh bed. It’s on the garden level so quiet but it is bright. Very safe with private entrance through a gate and wrapping around the back of the house. Our yard is full of garden projects. Shared hallway but private suite. A cozy and clean home with countless happy guests for years. Modular sofa can be slept on, ask for bedding. Guest access Private door to common hallway. Separate suite. Laundry in a shared area so best to coordinate. We use concentrated eco soaps. Please use the recommended amount of soap. Avoid Hot settings on washer and dryer - can damage clothes. Back yard or in suite drying racks available. Other things to note Always close both gates for our dogs safety. Lock the back door going in or out. It has a keypad but doesn’t lock automatically. Press the lock 🔒 icon when you leave and flip the deadbolt after you enter the house. In the yard outside expect gardening materials, garden is always in process. We have gravel pathways (not great for high heels, walkers or wheeled suitcases). One step down into the common hallway. We just got a furnace / air conditioner we can control remotely so please let us know if you need the temperature adjusted. We allow good dogs woof! No cats due to allergies. Bathroom fan knob can get stuck. Either don't use it, or don't leave it on if you head out so it's not on for hours. If you turn it past 10 minutes, it will wind down and turn off.
