La Lohuas is an old farmhouse converted into six family gîtes. The gîtes are surrounded by large grounds with green areas, playgrounds and a heated, covered swimming pool. There is also a hen house with chickens, roosters, ducks, a goose and a peacock. A shaded path leads to the stream which borders the property. The site is surrounded by fields and woods. Many walking and hiking routes are easily accessible. The space The Grande Maison is the former farmhouse of La Lohuas. Spread over three floors, this magnificent house offers spacious accommodation for 10 to 15 people with a floor area of 167 m². Access is via a veranda where you can leave coats, shoes, strollers, and more. On the ground floor, you will find a very large living room/dining area with an elegant open-plan kitchen equipped with two dishwashers, a convection oven, gas hob, extractor hood, refrigerator-freezer, microwave, kettle, two coffee machines, a bean-to-cup coffee maker, and a toaster. There are two dining tables that can accommodate up to 15 people. Comfortable sofas in the living room are oriented towards the fireplace. The stairs lead to a landing where you will find a toilet, a large family bathroom with a bathtub and a shower, and a bedroom with queen-size beds. On the second floor, you will find a bathroom with a bathtub, a shower, and a toilet, as well as three bedrooms: a large master suite with a queen-size bed, a sofa, a desk area, and an en-suite shower room with a toilet; a second bedroom with king-size twin beds; and a third dormitory bedroom with two single beds and two bunk beds. The three bedrooms on the second floor can easily accommodate baby cots and/or extra mattresses. There is also a terrace in front of the house facing south overlooking the fish pond, then towards the gardens, playground, games area, and the swimming pool enclosure. It is equipped with a table, a parasol, and a barbecue. The gîte is private; the pool, gardens, play area, and laundry room are shared with other guests.
