Welcome to the Lake House on Loon Lake! This unique home is just across the street from the South end of Loon Lake & ready to accommodate your entire family *OR* a quick getaway for date night! Relax inside or out, entertain the entire crew for your ski/snowboard trip up to 49°, book your Spring Break, stay here if you have work scheduled in Chewelah or Deer Park or any other reason to come visit! We look forward to hosting you ;) On the main floor you’ll find bedroom #1 with two queens and two singles, a full bathroom, laundry/mud area and living room with access to the garage or the back patio. On the second floor you’ll find the open kitchen/living/dining room area with two dining tables, the 1/2 bath and the second bedroom with a king, and two singles plus a full 3-piece ensuite and walk in closet. Do not park any further left of the green septic lids. Please let us know if you need anything at all through the app. If necessary we will call you from the number you list in your reservation. The Lake House resides in a tight-knit community with six other homes. We share a dock with 3 of our neighbors and a beach with 8 others, although some are snowbirds and are gone from Oct-Apr. There is a TON of parking available in front of the garage, on the side of the yard and a little inlet by the walkway as well. Loon Lake, which has gas stations, a grocery store, restaurant and bar is only 4 minutes away. The City of Deer Park is just 12 minutes south on 395. We are 47 minutes from Downtown Spokane & 37 minutes from 49° North & about an hour to Mt. Spokane. In the summer, there are two boat launches- Granite Point, which is on the East of the lake- this launch you will pay for. The free boat launch is at the North end of the lake. Hello future guests!
