Beachfront Cottage Torch Lake Sandbar

Located right on Torch Lake's famous sandbar, this cozy cottage comes fully furnished and sleeps 4 comfortably- room for 2 more (children) on pull out couch. We have a mooring buoy by request/approval located off of your own private beach area. Enjoy one of the most beautiful inland lakes Michigan has to offer! 50% cleaning fee will be reimbursed if all check out procedures have been completed and no property damage has been noted. We have a strict 6 person/no smoking/no pet policy. The space Our cottage was completely renovated spring of 2021 with new windows, siding, paint, houseware, gas grill, bath/beach towels, bedding and furniture. Our new firepit and lounge chairs to watch the perfect private sunrise and sunset make this the ideal private beachside escape. Please note- bed heights are approximately 34” from the floor to accommodate storage for your travel gear. Guest access Parking: 2 vehicle max, visitors can park during the day at public access points. Please contact us prior to bringing a boat to approve/reserve your buoy, liability waivers must be signed. Note: Driveway is slim and will not accommodate loaded boat trailers for parking. You will need to moor your boat during your stay and park your trailer on the grass. *Due to liability- no dock access is permitted.* Other things to note Not handicap accessible.
