Always clean, Pondside Place Guesthouse is located next to Old Mill Pond and has a secluded cabin feel, but is just minutes away from Gun Barrel City with great food, shopping, and lakeside tourism. The wooded yard provides space to exercise pets and there is a gazebo for outdoor cooking and grilling. Perfect for guests staying longer than one week, we offer amazing discounts and a laundry room with commercial washers and dryers. The internet is also very fast. The space The guesthouse is a barndominium styled building with several independent rooms around the perimeter, each with a private entrance and listed separately on Airbnb. Room #3 has it private entrance on East side of guesthouse by the parking lot and laundry room. It has locally controlled ac/heater, full bath, 10ft vaulted ceilings, tile floors, 2 queen beds, and a kitchenette which includes sink, coffee maker, microwave, fridge, and some basic plates and silverware. The beds are memory foam mattresses. A rotating Roku TV and table/desk with Ethernet port nearby are very handy. Guest access Guests have access to the outdoor spaces all around the guesthouse from the privacy wood fence separating our home to the pond on the opposing side. Feel free to use the bench swing, fishing dock, off street parking area, and the gazebo with outdoor cooking area, propane grill, propane side burner, charcoal grill, fire pit, and outdoor table and chairs. For guests staying longer than 1 week, we provide commercial laundry machines on site by request. Other things to note Pets can stay for free as long as they stay on the floor or in their kennel while indoors.
