Welcome to our family home in quiet location in the village of Liss, near Petersfield. It's a modern well insulated house, with a wood burner, spacious garden, three bedrooms and a good quality sofa bed in the lounge. It's not a show home - but it is well loved and well equipped. Young children are especially welcome - there are clips on the kitchen cupboards, stair gates, and a cot suitable for babies and toddlers. The space This is a modern house with simple and tasteful decor. The flooring is solid oak or terracotta tile, and the carpets are 100% wool. There are plenty of games and toys which you are welcome to use. The piano is also waiting to be played - we just ask you not to eat or drink over it. Guest access Guests can access the whole of the house except the locked parts which are the 4th bedroom, understairs storage room, loft, and garden office. In legal terms, AirBnB guests will have a licence to occupy the parts of our home advertised in this listing - this is not a letting of the whole property.
