The Quest Hotel’s top seven floors (19-25) are condominium floors. They are called the Grand Cenia Residences. The condo residents have their own security and concierge and have access to the hotel’s restaurant, room service, gym, pool, business center and parking. As our guests, you get to enjoy a discount at the restaurant and room service. The Grand Cenia and Quest Hotel have their own separate entrances to their respective lobbies which connect to each other. Since the Quest Hotel is more well known, I would suggest having your ride drop you off at Quest Hotel. If you have a car, we have a dedicated parking space on the 5th floor, parking space # 74. The garage entrance is located to the right of the Quest Hotel main entrance. You will need to use the garage elevator to go to the 6th floor or main floor lobby to switch to the hotel/condo elevator. You will need your elevator access card to go up to the penthouse at all times.
