The apartment is very quiet and yet you can reach all the important places very quickly from the accommodation. - Schönbuch Nature Park (within walking distance) - Schönbuchturm and Naturfreundehaus - Highway towards Böblingen/Sindelfingen and Stuttgart - Highway towards Singen (Lake Constance) - Black Forest In the village, there is a nice outdoor pool with a swimming pool, baby pool and diving tower. There is also a gas station, supermarket, pizzeria and hairdresser. The space The apartment (50 m²) is located in the basement of a two-family house. The apartment (including bathroom and kitchen) was completely renovated in 2023. The beds, bed linen/pillows incl. covers and the guest towels were newly purchased in 2023. The apartment consists of two rooms - bedroom and living room with kitchen and bathroom (shower + toilet). A crib and high chair can be provided on request. The sofa bed offers a sleeping option for a child (sleeping area 1.60 m x 1.00 m) Other things to note The instructions for the dishwasher programs are under the sink (print on the door)
