This luxury apartment guarantees a unique forest edge location, a beautiful lake view and a spacious lake property in the bay of Maria Wörth with its own bathing cabin and jetty (10 minutes' walk). A comprehensive range of water sports and leisure activities (water skiing, tires, lake tours, and much more) is offered in the immediate vicinity. The space The apartment is divided into anteroom, kitchen, bedroom with box spring bed, living room incl. sofa bed for two more people, bathroom, toilet and a storage room. The apartment is rounded off by a spacious garden area, which offers couples and families “pure relaxation in absolutely quiet surroundings.” Guest access Self check-in offers our guests maximum independence. After booking, you will receive your personal access code and all the information necessary to enter the accommodation independently. Of course, we are always available to answer any questions you may have. Other things to note The peninsula Maria Wörth is considered the most famous motif of Lake Wörthersee. The historic church crowns the view from the apartment and is easily accessible in 10 minutes on foot. Cycling, running and hiking trails (e.g. the Wörthersee circular hiking trail) run right in front of the apartment. Various leisure activities (Pyramidenkogel Lookout Tower, Minimundus Klagenfurt, Dellach Golf Course, etc.) are a few minutes drive away. All sports and leisure activities can be found on the Maria Wörth homepage (section: Tourist information) With its turquoise blue water, picturesque mountains and countless beaches and swimming areas, Lake Wörthersee is the summer dream destination in Austria. Top restaurants such as the gourmet restaurant Wallner in Dellach or the restaurants "SEE.Stern" in Reifnitz and "Seespitz" in Velden offer culinary experiences in top quality combined with maximum enjoyment of the lake. (5-10 minutes away by car) The most important infrastructure facilities can be found in the village of Reifnitz or in the state capital of Klagenfurt am Wörthersee, which is a 10-minute drive away. Klagenfurt Airport also offers connections to domestic and foreign destinations. The international airport in Ljubljana (SLO) can be reached in about an hour's drive (80 km). Due to the proximity to Italy and Slovenia, you also have the diverse offerings of the Alps-Adriatic region, such as the bike path to Grado (Friuli-Venezia Giulia).
