The main level is designed for relaxing and gathering, with floor-to-ceiling glass capturing the greens and blues of the landscape and sliding doors that fully open the living area to the outdoors. Whether you're cooking, sharing a meal, reading on the sofa, or simply enjoying the warmth of the afternoon sun, the entire space flows naturally and comfortably. The kitchen, dining, and lounge sit together in an airy open-plan layout that makes hosting easy. The kitchen is modern and well equipped for creating meals at home, while the living area feels warm and inviting with soft textures, calm colours, and thoughtful furnishings chosen to make guests feel instantly at ease. The home is set back from the road and offers easy, private on-site parking just steps from the entrance. Other things to note The property has a Barista style coffee machine. This property has reverse cycle aircon and heating though the whole top floor of the property, this is where all the bedrooms and living is. The extra lounge and games room down in the garage does not have central air and heating. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid-December to the end of January, 3 nights on holiday weekends, and 2 nights at all other times. The home operates on rainwater tanks, so mindful water use is essential, especially during the summer months.
