There is a generous exterior deck at the rear of the property for that extra privacy, a balcony to enjoy the best sunsets the island has to offer and don’t forget about the tree house nestled amongst the trees. The quality of furnishings and attention to detail in this home has been thoughtfully decorated for that extra comfort. Floor to ceiling glass windows and sliding doors make this the perfect indoor/outdoor holiday destination. Sunny, light and spacious. In the lower level, there is a media room where guests can enjoy a movie. With an open plan kitchen, living and dining, the main attraction to the house, enjoy some home cooked meals or pop down to Oneroa Village with a selection of cafes and restaurants. Island Grocer is nearby for your essentials and delicious treats. Bed configuration: Bedroom 1 - queen bed, Bedroom 2 - queen bed, Bedroom 3 - Two king single beds Please note: A compulsory exit cleaning fee of $300 applies to each booking and a compulsory linen fee at $25 per person, per stay. Beach towels can also be hired for $7.50 per person, per stay. Minimum stays: 7 nights from mid December to end January, 3 nights all holiday weekends and 2 nights at all other times.
