The scenic views and calm waters is a perfect for swimming, kayaking/paddle boarding or just hanging out in the water on the Lily Pad all while soaking up the beautiful sunrises and sunsets. Lake View is wheelchair accessible w/ an elevator. The space The space is 5000 sf. featuring 3 different levels with lots & lots of windows in order to see the beautiful views, lots of entertaining spaces, and comfortably hosts and sleeps 20 with 5 BR/4BA. Bottom & main levels both have large gourmet kitchens, living areas, large laundry rooms, and gas fireplaces. They both have expansive, open concept areas that are perfect of entertaining and hosting large groups. The large outdoor patios offer lots of outdoor games, gas firepit, hot tub, relaxing, dining, TV, etc. The third floor living space (loft & bedroom) provides a beautiful view, sitting area, gaming station holding 12 games, air hockey, and ping pong table. Inside, we have lots of family board games and cards. Unlike many homes here at Smith Lake, our house has year-round water, storm shelter, and has a gentle slope down to the dock (making it wheel-chair accessible), no steps!!
