Newly built cabin located 1000 meters above sea level, centrally located in the alpine resort in Holtardalen. Cross-country ski trails in Silkedalen within walking distance from the cabin door and hiking terrain with unique views from beautiful mountain peaks. The nearest store is 10 min by car to Rauland city center. The space The cabin was completed in August 2022 and has a consistently high standard. Open living room/kitchen solution with fireplace. Hallway with heating cables in the floor. Master bedroom with 180 cm bed. Guest room 140 cm bed. Bedroom 2 floors with 3 beds. 90 cm x2, pull-out bed 75 cm. Large loft room with sofa bed. Smart TV on the wall. Complete bathroom on the 1st floor. Toilet on the 2nd floor. Large patio with fire pit. Smoke and animal free. Guest access Parking for 2 cars just outside with the possibility of electric charging (at an additional cost). Plowed in the winter. Other things to note Tenant must pay a surcharge for cleaning NOK 1500. The cabin is preheated when you arrive and the fireplace heats well otherwise.
