The space Entire first floor with private entry, and 3 queen sized beds. Kitchen is stocked with cookware/utensils/spices/toaster/blender/coffeemaker. Beach chairs provided for use on patio and beach. Please bring your own beach towels and umbrella . Paper goods, coffee, creamer and sweetener available upon arrival to start you off. There is a backyard area/patio with gas grill for your use. Guest access Operate smartlocks via a code I will provide. Text host for the code the day of your arrival. Other things to note At times, there may be guests on the 2nd floor (Upper Nest). First floor guests (Lower Nest) should park toward the left side (when facing the home), on the diagonal. Only two cars per floor are permitted in the parking lot, unless cleared by the host.
