The space This unique, custom home has it all including 3 king masters, large first floor living area to accommodate family gatherings of all ages, an elevator, oversized well stocked kitchen, a dining area to accommodate 16, 2 laundry rooms, screened in porch with fireplace, 3rd floor bar area great for sunset views, covered parking, BBQ Grill, and outdoor shower. An additional fourth bedroom on the second floor has 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 twin bunk beds. All 3 master bedrooms and the 4th bedroom have king beds and each bedroom has its own full bath and TV’s. The first floor master has a special spa room in the bath. SEA to Sea is located in The Preserve - a gated community with a neighborhood boardwalk which leads to a private beach with no public access. Golf carts are allowed as long host is aware- 1 golf cart per property. Guest access From the house to beach is about a 10 min walk. Complimentary beach chair service for 2 is included with additional Tommy Bahama back pack chairs, towels, and beach game sets available for use. The neighborhood has 2 swimming pools, 1 tennis court, 4 pickle ball courts, and 2 clubhouses with showers and restrooms. The neighborhood is located on the famous 30a which has 26 miles of flat walking and bike trails. Bike rentals are welcome! Big Daddy's Bike Rentals is right down the road; however, Golf Cart Rentals are allowed by guests staying in The Preserve neighborhood- please notify host if you are planning on renting an LSV. Boats, trailers, and mobile homes are not allowed overnight in The Preserve neighborhood.
