Breathtaking Views! This charming single level 3 + bedroom , 2.5 bath, 2,000 square foot home is located within a gated beachfront community in Seascape. Centrally located to enjoy all the Monterey Bay has to offer. Perfect place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends in the comfortable mid century decor. Owner has sever pet allergies Breathtaking Views! Charming single level 3 bedroom , 2.5 bath, plus bonus bunk room. This amazing home boast a large open concept living and dining space that opens up to a large beach front patio with loungers and dining table. Enjoy ocean views with every meal whether your inside our out.. Built in 1970, this home has been lovingly maintained. On those cold winter days, you can't beat the coziness offered by the home's charming fireplace. Within the 2000 square foot home there is a master suite with a private bath that opens up to the enclosed atrium and hot tub as well as a king size bed, the large guest room is furnished with a queen bed and dresser. The kids will have a great time in the third bedroom with a set of custom bunk beds and two custom twin beds. Don't worry if you have a couple extra guest, as there is a bonus room with a set of custom build bunk beds, great for kids or teens. This home would be ideal for you and your family. Make lasting memories as you spend the days at the beach and sightseeing through out the Monterey Bay. There is so much to see and do. There are multiple local wineries within a 5 mile radius for those who enjoy wine tasting, call and Uber and make a day of it. Seascape Shopping Center as well as Seascape Golf Course is less than a mile away and offers an abundance of shops, stores and restaurants. Bon fires are allowed on the private beach, we just ask that you stay 150 feet from the sea wall, as we do not want to have smoke going into the homes. There is a ladder provided that hangs on the seawall for quick beach access or you can walk for less than a min and access the beach stairs. You can easily wash off the sand in the outside shower. The owner has also provided air purifiers for your use. Guest have full access to the entire home Check in and out through the Cheshire Rio Realty office open Monday through Saturday 9 am to 5 pm and Sunday 10-4. We are also available 24 hours a day for emergencies by calling our office number. Please notify our office if you plan on arriving after business hours Quiet private gated community. Less than a mile to Seascape center with restaurants, shops, deli and market. Seascape golf club is also less than a mile away 3-4 cars in driveway. No street parking. A car is reccomended No large groups or gatherings No street parking Be considerate of your neighbors as this is a private gated community Must use the ladder provided and attached to the sea wall to access the beach from the deck or you can walk less than a minute to the beach stairs. Guest must agree to our policies before a reservation request can be accepted The undersigned, an adult 21 years or older, as representative of him/herself and all the occupants, hereby agrees that no more than 10 persons will occupy the above referenced property address. The undersigned and all occupants agree to rent the above premises at their own risk, thereby releasing Cheshire Rio Realty and its agents from all liability, claims or actions resultant from the tenancy. This risk includes physical and emotional personal injury, death, and property damages while occupying the rental premises, or any building, structure, street or sidewalk appurtenant thereto or equipment or facilities thereon. The undersigned further agrees to accept liability for any damages, breakage, stains, or cost incurred for these repairs. These damages or repairs are not limited to the security deposit . Should said damages and repairs exceed this amount, the undersigned agrees to accept full responsibility for all cost incurred. The agreement is binding for all the members and guests in tenancy with and represented by the undersigned. A copy of this agreement should be printed out for your records. Legal notices: Cheshire does not own any rental property and undertakes to act only as agent for the owner. Cheshire cannot and does not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or property or any inconvenience arising from the rental. Cheshire does not act as insurer and is not liable for any loss, damage or inconvenience if the reserved accommodation is destroyed, damaged or sold. If owner furnishes outside help such as cleaners, gardeners, maintenance or other help, Cheshire assumes no liability of any kind for their performance or non-performance of duties or any acts or omissions on their part. Tenant agrees to inform Cheshire of any loss or damage which may occur to the property and agrees to be responsible for the inventory of all items which may be broken, damaged or missing and for all debts or charges incurred during occupancy, That the number of occupants shall not exceed the number of persons allowed per the occupancy agreement AND agree to occupy the property peacefully and abide by customary standards of acceptable behavior and to leave the property in good order at the end of their stay and acknowledges that the landlord of property, upon request will receive tenants phone numbers and address.
