Peaceful Mtn Cabin*Lake Views*Little Bear Retreat

Important disclaimer: Please DO NOT book this cabin if you have concerns about snow and ice! This cabin is located at an elevation of about 8000 feet above sea level. During winter months a 4 Wheel Drive or All Wheel Drive vehicle or chains on your tires may be required to make it up the driveway to the cabin! The driveway is steep and although we pay for it to be plowed it is nearly impossible to keep all snow and ice off the driveway or walkways in between snow storms. The space This cabin is a home away from home! In the kitchen you will find it fully equipped with all the essentials you need such as a coffee bar with a keurig/carafe duo, an instapot, air fryer, crockpot, toaster, full size fridge, stove and microwave and a deep freezer. Enjoy an evening on the balcony by the fire pit making smores and lasting memories. Want to unplug for a while? We have tons of family and adult board games as well as a poker table with a full poker set! Relax and unwind as you lay in the hammocks listening to the sounds of nature and overlooking the lake near the property. Had a long day? Take advantage of the 6 person hot tub that has lights and Bluetooth speakers making it the perfect place to unwind from your day. Sleeping arrangements are as follows: Downstairs: Can sleep up to 8 people Downstairs Living Room: Full size sectional sofa sleeper with chaise (Can sleep up to 3 people with chaise) Downstairs Bedroom: Full size bed (can sleep up to 2 people) and a Twin over full bunk bed (can sleep up to 3 people) Upstairs can sleep up to 7 people and an infant/toddler Upstairs Living Room: Full sofa sleeper (can sleep up to 2 people) Upstairs Bedroom 1: Full size bed and pack -n- play (can sleep up to 2 people and toddler/infant) Upstairs Bedroom 2: Full size bed with twin trundle (can sleep up to 3 people with the trundle) Lastly, wildlife are frequent guests of the cabin, especially deer. It's best to enjoy their presence from a safe distance and please do not feed them! Guest access You will have access the entire property. Please note that recreation on the lake near the property has been suspended by the neighborhood organization until further notice. No fishing, swimming, wading, paddleboarding, kayaking, etc. Other things to note This unit does have stairs that you have to use to access the kitchen. However, there is a full bathroom, living room and bedroom downstairs as well. The driveway to the property is dirt. In the event of heavy rain or snow, an AWD vehicle or front wheel drive MAY be required to get up the driveway.
