Kaibo is a peaceful area in Cayman - walking distance to Rum Point & Starfish Point. At the condo, you are greeted by coconut palms, hammocks and beach front gazebo. The beach is inviting for swimming and snorkeling. The condo resort also has a zero edge infinity pool and hot tub. Cayman Ferry to Camana Bay & Kaibo Beach Marina / beach front restaurant are just steps away in the sand. This second story condo offers beautiful unobstructed views of the beach. The space The 2nd story condo is part of Kaibo Phase II and offers 2 full bedrooms - a master bedroom with king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with two twin beds. A complete kitchen with brand new stainless steel appliances (not pictured) - fully stocked with all cookware, dishes and silverware. The living room offers a large 60in Samsung Smart TV with high speed internet (throughout the condo) to watch TV streaming services - brand new HVAC system (Dec 2024). New walk in shower in master bathroom (not pictured) Guest access Guest access the condo using an internet based keypad (instructions included during check in) and the condo is for the guest exclusive use during their stay (this is not a "shared" rental). Other things to note Cayman Kai (Rum Point) area is a quieter side of Cayman Island - away from the crowded 7 mile beach and major tourist attractions. Our area is wonderful for enjoying more of the nature attractions including Star Fish Point, Rum Point, Bioluminescence Bay, kayaking. Aside from the nature and several restaurants at / near the condo - guest can also take the 30 minute Cayman Ferry to the Camana Bay with Starbucks, movie theater, restaurants and upscale shopping. I personally chose this location and condo because it feels worlds away from heavy traffic with all the tourist and the popular tourist areas are accessible with a short (relaxing) ferry ride.
