Kindly note that complaints about clearly disclosed details cannot be accepted after booking. 🚫 No Parties, No Smoking, Quiet Hours Parties and smoking are strictly prohibited. 🔕 Quiet Hours: 9 PM – 7 AM Please help us respect our neighbours by keeping noise to a minimum during this time. Excessive noise may result in intervention by building security or local authorities. 🧼 Starter Supplies For environmental reasons and to help reduce waste, we only provide a starter pack 🌿. Included: • 1 Towel per guest • Body wash • Shampoo • Hair conditioner • Liquid soap • Few bin bags • Tea, coffee & sugar & milk Please ensure your booking reflects the accurate number of guests so we can prepare enough linens and towels. Please contact us before booking to confirm your arrival time and readiness. 🕓 Check-In Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM. Check-in instructions will be sent one day before arrival, after house rules have been acknowledged. Early check-in must be requested at least a day in advance and is subject to availability. It cannot be guaranteed on the day of arrival. 🕙 Check-Out Standard check-out time is 10:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made by the night before departure. Without prior approval, cleaners will begin entry at 10:00 AM sharp.
