Bedrooms include a master suite with a king-size bed,second room with two queen beds,third bedroom with a king-size bed.Other amenities include an office,fitness area,plunge pool w jacuzzi,and a large tropical garden with walking paths,fruites trees,and colorful flowers. When you arrive at Santikhiri Coco Villa you can walk down towards the house over a path in between large boulders. You enter the house over a small bridge that connects to the main living and dining area, from which you will see the amazing views over the ocean. There is a large porch with a dining table and a separate sitting area with comfortable chairs and even a hammock. The villa has a seamless transition between inside and outside living, but if you prefer you can close all glass doors and windows and turn on the airconditioning in the living room and dining room. The living room has a large couch and 2 ottoman chairs with a coffee table. There is also a 55 inch TV and an Apple TV with among others Netflix and YouTube. The dining area is located next to the open kitchen, with a large dining table that can seat 12 people. The kitchen among others has a big fridge and freezer with built-in ice cube maker and a Jura coffee machine. There is a gas stove, a microwave, an air fryer and a gas barbecue, allowing you to cook yourself if you prefer, or to use the services of our Thai chef. The house has three large en-suite bedroom and a dedicated office. The master bedroom is in a separate building that you can reach over a wooden bridge from the living room. It has a kingsize bed, several large wardrobes and a TV. Its bathroom contains an outdoor shower and a very large indoor bath tub. When you go down one level you will find the Rock Room, that was built in between some large boulders. This room has 2 queen size beds and a bathroom with toilet and shower constructed inside a rock. The third bedroom has a kingsize bed, big wardrobes and a large outdoor bathroom with shower. There is a dedicated office with a desk, a large monitor and a printer. If needed the office could be used as an additional bedroom as well. Next to the office there is a small outdoor fitness area with a running machine, some weights and yoga mats. On the same level you will also find a plunge pool with jacuzzi jets, where you can cool off and relax. We are very proud of our large tropical garden located on the hillside with some huge rocks and boulders. Our housekeeper is also a chef who can prepare delicious Thai and Western meals with additinal charge. There is a menu that you can order from, but please note that we have to buy the ingredients, so we need to know at least 1 day in advance if you would like to eat a meal at home. We charge a 20% fee for grocery shopping. Security: Closed community with 24h security Services Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner: See above. We have an in-house chef who prepared meals with additinal charge, food costs will be on guest’s account (a 20% fee is added to all grocery bills). Of course if you prefer to buy your own groceries or prepare your own meals that’s also possible. Bath & pool towels: Will be changed as needed Bed linen: Will be changed every 3 days, or more often upon request Taxi: We can help to rent taxis or minivans for you if you would like to have transportation. Laundry Service: A laundry washer is at your disposal for your convenience throughout your stay. Should you require any assistance with laundry services, our Villa Manager is more than happy to assist. If you'd like to express your gratitude, a kind gesture or tip would be greatly appreciated. However, if you choose not to, that is absolutely fine as well. Close to the villa you will find Bangkao beach with some beach bars and the fishing village of Tong Khrut with many bars and restaurants (among others Thai, French and Italian). There are several convenience stores (7-11, Tops) within 5 minutes of the house Beaches: Bangkao beach is located below the house, but is often to shallow for a good swim. Nice for beach walks and there are several bars and restaurants Lamai beach: 15 minute drive Chaweng beach: 20 min drive Golf: 15 min drive (Lamai driving range) 20 minute drive (9 holes course between Lamai and Chaweng), 35 min drive (18 holes course close to Maenam) Shopping: 10-15 minute drive to Makro and Lotus, several 7-11 and Top’s mini-markets within 5 minute drive Bars & Nightclubs: 15 minute drive to Lamai, 20-25 min to Chaweng Restaurants: several restaurants within 5 minute drive Central Samui (shopping mall): 30 min drive Airport: 30 minute drive Office Coco Villa Santikhiri has its own dedicated office space where you can work or read without being disturbed. It is located on the lower floor and has beatiful views as well. If needed an additional person could sleep here. The office has a large external monitor that can connect to a laptop or an Apple TV. There is also a laser printer. The whole house has fast wifi. Infinity pool (shared) The estate is located in a gated community that has its own hilltop infinity pool. You can do laps here or just enjoy the view from the pool. Next to the infinity pool is a yoga sala that you can use as well. Plunge pool A small private plunge pool is located between the Frangipani room and the Rock room. It's perfect to cool off during a hot day or to relax with a drink. The pool has jacuzzi jets built in.
