The perfect home-away-from-home for two, with the heart of the property having a spacious open plan combined living, dining and kitchen space with patio doors and a separate conservatory - perfect for easy living. The living room has a smart TV and comfortable sofa. The kitchen is fully equipped with built in oven and microwave, electric hob, fridge, kettle, toaster and cooking utensils. There is access to a toilet and shower room on this level. Washing and drying facilities are available upon request subject to duration of booked stay. Up the stairs lies a spacious bedroom with a luxurious super king sleigh bed for the perfect night’s sleep. This level also boasts a WC and bathroom (bath with over shower). Guest access The Annex is located to the rear of the main house offering privacy with it's own entrance and post box. There is access to gardens including the use of a separate seating area. Available on site parking. Other things to note Shincliffe Village has 3 pubs within easy walking distance, a garden centre, 2 cafes and an indian restaurant, all serving food, snacks and drinks. There are good bus links into Durham City plus close proximity to motorway access for those wishing to explore surrounding places by car, providing some of the most stunning coastal views and scenery the North East has to offer.
