The space Sunrise & Sunset Breeze Apartments are the ideal base camp to enjoy all the comforts and all the fun things you can do in Puerto Rico. We are located approximately 7-9 minutes by car from the Airport and the tourist area of Isla Verde 🏖. Sunrise and Sunset Breeze Apartments are 2 comfortable apartments on a second level next to each other with 1 bedroom each with a light modern decoration, 1 bathroom, living room and kitchen in each of the accommodations. We have combined these 2 accommodations to bring 2 groups together, but each with its own privacy can accommodate 6 people comfortably. IMPORTANT NOTE: This property is strictly for a maximum of 6 guests at any given time. Visitors are not allowed as they are considered guests. The property does not have exclusive parking for guests. One bedroom with a full-size bed, air conditioning, and a 32" Smart TV. The living room, which is a common area for the guests of this unit, has a "Trundle bed" (2 single beds), a ceiling fan and air conditioning. Kitchen equipped with stove with oven, refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, coffee maker, kitchen utensils, dishes, glasses among others. In the living room you will find a breakfast bar for 2 people. 1 Bathroom with hot water (instant water heater, the water does not come out boiling because these heaters work with a lot of water pressure and we are on a second level so the pressure is lower) shampoo dispenser, conditioner, bath gel. We've added all the comforts to make you feel at home away from home. There are no common areas that are shared with other guests, the entire apartment will be for you and your guests, which will give you a lot of privacy. You'll find all the basic cooking utensils so you can prepare your favorite meals. Anyway, you'll feel at home. Remember it is a property on the second level divided into 2 apartments each with their own amenities, where you can accommodate 3 to 4 people per unit. Guest access Once on the property you will have access to the entire apartment. There are 2 individual apartments next to each other on the second level of the main property; each has its own amenities for greater comfort. You can share the space and still have your privacy whenever you want. Other things to note ⚠️💡POWER OUTAGES: Unfortunately, power outages occur more frequently than we would like and are unpredictable. In the event of an outage, restoration depends solely on the electric company. We do NOT offer refunds for power outages. ***To help during outages, we provide a battery-powered 🔦 lamp and if the outage is for an extended time (3 hours or more) we will contact you** Sunrise and Sunset Breeze Apartments strives to deliver top-notch service and amenities to guarantee our guests feel at home while visiting our properties. All of our properties are outfitted with freshly laundered bed linens and towels. We provide 2 bath towels per guest and 1 beach/Jacuzzi towel per guest. If you stay more than 4 nights, we can arrange a change of towels (may have an additional cost), subject to availability. Sunrise and Sunset Breeze Apartments offers the disposable amenities necessary to get your vacation off to a comfortable start. These amenities include hand soap, bath gel, shampoo and conditioner, 3 garbage bags, 1 roll of paper towel, 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 small amount of dish soap, 1 dish sponge. We do not offer unlimited services. It is your responsibility to review what is included in the property and stock up on whatever else may be needed for the duration of your stay. THE PROPERTY DOES NOT HAVE AN ELECTRIC GENERATOR. You may experience power outages as the AEE infrastructure in Puerto Rico is quite fragile; it is an event beyond our control for which we do not offer any type of refund; even so, you will find a battery flashlight in case a problem arises during the night; we also remain on the lookout in case the event is a prolonged one to be able to help the guest in any way we can. These events may be for short periods and sometimes for longer periods depending on the severity of the breakdown. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS FOR ANY EVENT BEYOND OUR CONTROL. The property does not have parking for guests; if you choose to bring a car, you should keep in mind that you will not be able to park in front of the property. Uber has proven effective and accessible to guests. Netflix and Roku will work with the guest account, remember to bring your password. Air conditioning in the room only. The room also has a ceiling fan. The owner and his family live on the first floor of this accommodation; they love to interact with guests, so feel free to say hello. We would appreciate it if any request and/or communication is by messages through the platform with the main host.
